Occasionally, packages are returned to us as undeliverable.
- A package might be returned as undeliverable for several reasons:
- The address is incorrect or outdated. Typically, the package is held for a certain period, which can vary depending on the courier, before being returned to us. Please double-check the address carefully when placing your order.
- If an incorrect shipping address was provided in your order and the order had shipped, please submit a ticket through our Contact Form page so we can evaluate if sending a replacement is possible. However, please note that it’s not guaranteed as all sales are final and refunds can not be granted.
- If an incorrect shipping address was provided in your order and you contacted us before the order shipped submit a ticket through our Contact Form page so we can check on what would be the best approach to resolve the issue and make things right!

- If there’s a minor spelling mistake, such as "Loa Angeles" instead of "Los Angeles," your local post office may still be able to identify the correct address. Please contact your local post office for assistance.
- If the street name, zip code, or city is incorrect, we will contact your local post office on your behalf to make the necessary corrections. If corrections are not possible, we will send a replacement.

- It’s possible that our system didn’t recognize the way the address was entered, or the package may have been assigned to a carrier that cannot deliver to that address.
- You may have used a restricted address. Orders sent to prisons, correctional facilities, or similar institutions may face specific delivery restrictions.
- The carrier may have attempted delivery but was unsuccessful. Most carriers make several attempts before returning the package to us.
- The recipient may have refused the delivery. If a gift recipient isn’t expecting a package, they may refuse it if they believe it was delivered by mistake.

- We can't re-ship orders that carriers return to us as undeliverable due to the reasons above except for clause 1.1.3 above. If you still want to purchase the same item/s, place a new order on our website.
