- Check for a notice of attempted delivery or a postcard left by your local post office.
- Inspect the delivery area for your package.
- Confirm if someone else accepted the package, unless you have health or safety concerns about doing so.
- Look in your mailbox or any other location where you typically receive mail. Some packages may be handled by multiple carriers.
- Check areas like your porch, garage, exterior doors, or other hidden spots such as under a mat or near a back entrance.
- If you live in a building, check with the front desk, reception area, or receiving area.
- Wait up to five business days, as sometimes packages are marked as delivered up to five days before arrival.
- If you still haven’t received your package, please contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery. We’ll do our best to assist you.
